7 of Pentacles - Write about a health habit that you implemented in the past and how that worked out for you. What did you learn from this experience?

You know, I just thought I would point out that health has been a GLARING issue for me with the cards lately. I suppose I should probably listen to them…!

Anyway…

The best I ever felt was when I did yoga and stopped eating dairy and sugar. Sugar makes me pretty nutty - it’s overstimulating and super agitating to the brain. Dairy always makes my skin break out in acne and causes the dark circles under my eyes.

When I stopped consuming both of these, within days I noticed (after getting over the sugar withdrawal) that I had more energy and felt content instead of agitated or restless.

Combining that with yoga, I was on top of the world. My productivity at work had never been higher, and I felt really at peace with things, even when life-stuff was actually pretty fucked up.

All right, all right. I’ll listen to you :|

I take a very practical approach to my readings, combining images and messages from cards with my own insight and interpretation. I’m probably not like most of the tarot readers you’ve met before. I do yoga and meditate.

This ten-card spread is for a SPECIFIC reading about situation in your life. What’s special about this spread is that it allows you to explore all aspects of the problem so that you can make an informed decision.
1. SITUATION - seeker’s current environment and influences. Also represents the seeker.
2. OBSTACLES - immediate influences
3. GOAL - what the seeker wishes the end result to be
4. FOUNDATION - distant past experiences which have shaped the present situation
5. RECENT PAST - recent happenings which have been an influence on the situation
6. NEAR FUTURE - what’s coming soon as indicated by previous five cards
7. SEEKER - represents questioner’s present position and attitude toward the situation
8. ENVIRONMENT - outside influences
9. EMOTIONS - hopes and fears, usually the same
10. OUTCOME - eventual result of the situation as the circumstances currently indicate

I welcome most questions, but because I am not a lawyer or doctor, I must refrain from providing advice in either of those special fields! This also includes pregnancy. As you are writing your request to me, think about you would like to ask me. I’m not much of a teller of future events, but I can provide guidance for things going on in your life now and what to expect.

Perhaps instead of asking why something is happening/has happened, be receptive to asking what your role is in a situation and what you can learn from it. Instead of asking if a specific person will be your forever mate, ask the cards what is right for you. We can work together to formulate a good question, so that we can get the best answer for you.

I can also do a blind reading, if you prefer not to send me your question. Your reading will arrive to your email address within 2 business days along with a photo of your spread, so you know it’s legit!
